These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 17bet (the "Platform", "we"). They govern access to and use of all services made available at 17bet.click, including Sports Betting, online casino games, crash games, bonuses, and promotions.

Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. The most current version of these terms is always available on this page, with the last update date shown at the top of the document.

17bet may offer specific terms for certain promotions or features. In such cases, those specific terms supplement these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of the promotion or feature take precedence for that particular situation.

To use 17bet's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of or legally present within Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be prohibited from betting by applicable law or court order;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 17bet or its partners.

17bet reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility documents at any time. Refusing to provide such documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

Registration at 17bet is free and individual. Each user may maintain only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or different CPFs is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The following are required: full name as it appears on your ID, valid CPF, date of birth, active email address, and personal password. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date.

• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone. 17bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Personal use: Your account is for personal use only. Allowing third parties to use your account — including family members — is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification: To make withdrawals, you will need to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 3 months.

17bet may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any registration without prior explanation, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

17bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. International transfers, cryptocurrencies, and any methods not listed on the platform are not accepted. Available methods are:

All deposits must be made using your own funds. 17bet does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawals can only be requested after identity verification (KYC) is complete. The available withdrawal method is Pix, and the key used must be linked to the CPF registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Processing time: Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes after internal approval. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to an additional review of up to 24 hours.
• Minimum amount: The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for fully verified members.
• Pending rollover: Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirement (rollover) are not available for withdrawal. Real balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in your account.
• Mandatory KYC: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents: RG, CNH, or passport, plus recent proof of address.

17bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving high-value withdrawals or in cases where irregular activity is suspected. Withdrawals that are requested but unclaimed within 30 days may be cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance.

Bets on 17bet are final once confirmed. It is not possible to cancel or change a confirmed bet, except in cases where the platform makes the "cash-out" feature available for a given market.

• Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits vary by sport, market, and the user's VIP level.
• Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, the bet is voided and the amount is returned to your balance.
• Odds errors: 17bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors. The user will be notified and the amount refunded to their balance.
• Accumulator bets: In multiple bets, if an event is voided, the odds for that selection revert to 1.00 and the bet remains valid for the remaining events.
• Live Betting: Live bets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match. Bets placed before the suspension remain valid.

17bet uses official sources to determine the results of all events. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the final decision rests with the platform's operations team, whose verdict is binding.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new users on their first deposit. 5x rollover for Sports Betting (minimum odds of 1.50) and 20x for casino games.
• Free bets: Valid for 7 days after crediting. The return on a free bet is the profit only — the stake itself is not returned. Non-transferable to other users.
• Cashback: Calculated on net losses for the period and credited every Monday. The percentage varies by VIP level. Cashback has no rollover requirement.
• Boosted odds: Available for a limited time. The difference between the boosted odd and the standard odd is credited as a bonus with a 1x rollover.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be stacked at the same time. A new bonus can only be activated once the previous one has been used or has expired.

All casino games available on 17bet — including slots, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and others), roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live games — use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories.

• Randomness: Each round of any casino game is completely independent of previous rounds. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.
• RTP: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is provided by the developer and can be found in the game information. Typical values range between 94% and 99%.
• Malfunctions: If a technical failure occurs during a round, the bet is voided and the amount returned to your balance. 17bet is not liable for losses caused by connection failures on the user's end.
• Live sessions: Live casino games with real dealers are streamed from certified studios. Results are final as recorded on the provider's servers.

17bet provides a complete round history for all games for verification purposes. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the certified provider's server records serve as definitive proof.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on 17bet and constitute a serious violation of these terms, potentially resulting in immediate suspension, balance confiscation, and permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or different CPFs for the same user;
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of event results, games, or bets;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity under Brazilian law;
• Intentional exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Transfer, sale, or assignment of an account to a third party;
• Systematic abuse of promotions with the intent of gaining financial advantage without real risk (bonus hunting).

17bet cooperates fully with competent authorities in cases of suspected illegal activity, including providing account information when legally required.

17bet processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). By creating an account, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

• Data collected: Full name, CPF, date of birth, email, address, identity documents, transaction history, and platform usage data.
• Security: All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with restricted access.
• Sharing: Data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with game providers (only the data necessary to operate the games), relevant authorities when legally required, and payment service providers.

Under no circumstances shall 17bet's total liability to a user exceed the amount of the available balance in that user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

17bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity, submission of false information during registration, account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no balance, or by order of a competent authority.
